An exec producer with a wealth of TV experience, an award-winning director and producer; with a ‘sixth sense’ for great human stories. A former soldier (Parachute Regiment) with extensive military active service experience, Neil adapted his skills to suit any environment and went on to be an expedition leader, front-line reporter and cameraman, chasing slave traders on the African continent to filming erupting volcanoes before founding dai4films.

Dai4Films Series Producer is former Fire Fighter, who went on  the famous ‘Lost White City’ Raleigh International expedition in the unexplored rainforest of Honduras. Colin built a career as a professional photographer and Art Director with over 35 years experience in the film, media & advertising industry. An experienced and talented series producer with a huge passion for human stories and documentary film, a diverse range of subjects from the British Military to Professional Boxing and Stand-up comedy.

An entrepreneurial and innovative filmmaker, Warner Bros. Entertainment supported his  project, the film GRAPES. RADA presented his short film featuring the work of 2020 BA (Hons) Acting graduates and Theatre Production and Costume students and students, working alongside industry professionals. Sir Kenneth Branagh introduced the film.

His other work includes documentaries such as Black Lives Matter UK, which debuted at The BFI S.O.U.L. Celebrate Connect, and The People of Brixton, both distributed by KweliTV. He has filmed for Essence Magazine – featuring Tessa Thompson – and his documentary #BlackPride London, featured at film festivals in London, San Diego, Birmingham, Staffordshire, Reykjavik, Sacramento, Brighton, and others.

His podcast Filmmaking Conversations with Damien Swaby is a fraction of the critical conversations currently taking place across the film community. The podcast reaches out to the next generation of filmmakers, who continue to look for inspiration and guidance. Guests include Oscar winners, Emmy-award winners, and the latest trailblazers in the indie film community.

Filmmaker, songwriter & actor – Shaun Johnson is a former British soldier and served 12 years between a Combat Regiment and a Mounted Ceremonial Horse Troop. Shaun is now an Actor/Writer/Producer. Recent credits include Grantchester 5 ITV (2020), Soldier On. 

Shaun wrote and performed Mind Frag at the Sam Wannamaker Playhouse Shakespeare's Globe London, and currently, he is co-writing and will be directing a short film trailer intended for a West End play. Shaun has appeared on television, radio, and in several national newspapers talking about his mental health challenges to raise awareness about mental health after leaving the military family.  In between the arts, Shaun spends his time at The Poppy Factory as an Employment Coordinator, helping injured veterans get back into work
