Dog City -- a full-length feature film, filmed guerrilla style, during the London riots in 2011 The film revolves around two young black friends; Miles and Lanre, who look after two young white men who are out of their depth in Dog City; a housing estate at the bottom of the food chain below the financial horizons of London. Dog City; a hard place to do the right thing. Miles discovers that one good deed will bring a set of responsibilities he wasn't expecting. The film explores intertwining themes of friendship; family; race; and honour. Dog City; an uplifting warm and funny film; a character led narrative that probes below the racial divide with an optimistic eye.
